The quickest way to order art products from us takes only a few clicks.  From anywhere within our website, find your desired item and click 'Add to Cart' button and then follow a few simple steps leading you to complete your order.

• Browse our Subjects or Styles.  From any page in our website, you may click Subjects or Styles whichever comes into your mind and we'll show you the related artworks to choose from.
• We are working on more suggestions to help you find your art of choice easier and quicker.
• Still can't find what you're looking for, send us an email, we'll be happy to help you through your search.  If we do not have it in-house, we'll provide a special request order for you which would cost just about the same as other regular artworks in our site.

Pay by Mail

Arranging Payment by Phone

Your card will not be charged until your order is actually shipped from us. All orders are customized to your specifications, and most will be filled within 15-20 working days.

Shipping & Returns

Find out how your orders are being shipped from us.

 

Delivery Time

The time taken to fill each order depends on the size of your choice.  If you choose the standard size:

1. Painting - Normally takes about 3 to 4 weeks to complete depending on the size of the order.  Paintings of very large size may require more than 4 weeks.  However, while the painting is being done, you may request to have a preview of the artwork.
2. Shipping - Normally takes 3 to 7 days depending where you would like the order to be sent.  We use DHL, Fedex, United Parcel Services, or Canada Post for shipping our products.

Shipping Charges

For orders within US and Canada, there's no shipping charges on any order.  The cost is already included in our prices.  Ask about our special discount for orders of more than three items on the same shipment.

 

Outside USA & Canada

For shipments to outside of US and Canada, there is an additional shipment charge depending on the country where the order is being shipped to.

Returns Policy

You may ship to an address different from your billing address. During the ordering process, we'll ask for the shipping address where you would like the artwork order to be sent.

Once the artwork is completed and shipped, we'll notify you that the shipment has been made and provide you with the tracking number for online tracking.

Returns Policy

Return and receive a refund is simple.  With our experience in serving many international clients, we are proud to guarantee the quality of the artworks you'll receive.

Once the order is delivered, if in any way you are not satisfied with the product, within 30 days from the day you receive the product, repackage and send it to our address at Monet Reproductions, 136 Alameda Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6C 3W9, Canada.  We will be happy to refund your payment less shipping charges.
